Happy Birthday Mr. Marco Hietala

  Hoje o dia surge com um brilho mais especial do que dos outros dias , pois hoje é aniversário de um dos Baixistas e vocalistas mais bem conceituado dos últimos anos . Um homem carismático , porém um pouco misterioso ,  engraçado , com um timbre vocal excelente e uma alegria contagiante . Seu nome é Marco Hietala ( baixista e vocalista das bandas Nightwish , Tarot ).
    Marco nasceu em um dos países mais belos e encantadores do mundo . Esse país é a Finlândia , onde a boa música já faz parte do coração de todos desde cedo.
   Antes de viver apenas como músico, Marco trabalhou como engenheiro de som em estúdio e ao vivo. Ele se juntou ao Nightwish em 2002 para o lançamento do álbum Century Child, naquele ano, substituindo Sami Vänskä. Hietala também já esteve na banda Delain, que reúne muitos membros da comunidade gótica e Heavy metal. Ele fez também uma participação no álbum Invitation, da banda Altaria, como back vocal. Hietala também é membro fixo na banda Northern Kings que reúne alguns dos maiores vocalistas da Finlândia . Hietala também é conhecido por ser o vocalista da banda Tarot, ao lado de seu irmão Zachary.

    Após a entrada dele no Nightwish, o compositor Tuomas Holopainen escreveu muitos sons para serem duetos entre Hietala e a ex-vocalista da banda, Tarja Turunen. Um dos duetos dos dois foi a regravação de "Phantom of the Opera", do álbum Century Child.

   Durante os shows do Nightwish, Turunen fazia uma pausa entre as músicas, antes da entrada de Hietala, esse tempo era preenchido com um som instrumental. Após sua entrada no Nightwish, a banda começou a regravar músicas de artistas famosos, como "Crazy Train" de Ozzy Osbourne, "Wild Child" do W.A.S.P., "Don't Talk to Strangers" do Dio, "Symphony of Destruction" do Megadeth e "High Hopes" do Pink Floyd, essa última foi utilizada e vários Shows, DVDs e coletâneas da banda. Hietala esteve muito envolvido na produção do, Dark Passion Play, sexto álbum do Nightwish; ele foi o cantor pricipal de vários sons como "Bye Bye Beautiful" e "7 Days to the Wolves", Hietala ainda fez Backing Vocal nas faixas "Meadows of Heaven" e "Cadence of Her Last Breath", e escreveu a música "The Islander" na qual foi o principal vocalista; o sétimo álbum da banda, Imaginaerum que foi lançado em 30 de novembro de 2011.

   Em 2007, Hietala foi escolhido pela conceituada Kuopio Seniorhigh of Music and Dance como "Artista do ano". Hietala disse odiar sua barba trançada, dizendo que ela é ridícula e cômica.

    Today the day comes up with a more special brightness than other days because today is the birthday of one of the bass players and vocalists most reputable in recent years. A charismatic man, but a little mysterious, funny, with excellent vocal timbre and a contagious joy. His name is Marco Hietala (Nightwish bassist and vocalist of the band, Tarot).
    Marco was born in one of the world's most beautiful and enchanting countries. This country is Finland, where the good music is already part of everyone's heart early.

Hietala was very involved in the production of Dark Passion Play, sixth Nightwish album; he was the pricipal singer of various sounds such as "Bye Bye Beautiful" and "7 Days to the Wolves", Hietala also did backing vocals on tracks "Meadows of Heaven" and "Cadence of Her Last Breath", and wrote the song "The Islander "in which he was the lead singer; seventh album, Imaginaerum which was released on November 30, 2011.

In 2007, Hietala was chosen by the renowned Kuopio Seniorhigh of Music and Dance as "Artist of the Year". Hietala said hate his braided beard, saying that it is ridiculous and comical.
