Happy Birthday David Coverdale

Hoje é uma data muito importante para o Metal , pois é o aniversário de uma das grandes vozes do Hard Rock mundial David Coverdale.

David Coverdale (Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Inglaterra, 22 de setembro de 1951) é umcantor e compositor inglês.

Participou das bandas "Denver Mule" e "Skyliners" entre 1967 e 1968. David Coverdale ficou conhecido por substituir o vocalista Ian Gillan na banda Deep Purple, em meados dos anos 70. Após o termino da banda em 1976, lançou seu projeto solo David Coverdale White Snake, em 1977 saiu o segundo álbum solo Northwinds, em 1977 fundou o Whitesnake , grupo de hard rock que fez sucesso com os hits "Is This Love" que teve sucesso em todo o mundo, "Here I Go Again", "Love Ain't No Stranger" e "Still Of The Night", entre outras.

Em 1991 resolveu dar uma pausa nos trabalhos com o Whitesnake. Em 1993 lançou um projeto solo intitulado Coverdale/Page com a partitipação de Jimmy Page do Led Zeppelin. Em 1997 lançou mais um álbum Restless Heart, Voltando com o Whitesnake fez dois álbuns Good to Be Bad (2008) e Forevermore (2011).

Participou do Rock In Rio em 1985 no dia do metal, substituindo o Def Leppard devido ao acidente com Rick Allen.

   É com muita alegria que escrevo para todos vocês , que finalmente os ingressos e o local do show mais esperado do ano já saiu .
   Estou me referindo ao show do Aerosmith e do Whitesnake que acontecerá no dia 15/10 (terça-feira) , no Bioparque e os ingressos serão vendidos essa semana ...
   A venda de ingressos começará na terça (17), para membros dos fãs clubes dos grupos, e na quarta a venda será aberta para o público em geral.
Os convites custarão R$ 125 (meia) e R$ R$ 250 (inteira) no setor pista; R$ 230 (meia) e R$ 460 (inteira) na área VIP. Também haverá a área Premium, que dará direito a acesso diferenciado, open food e open bar, com os valores de R$ 300 (feminino) e R$ 380 (masculino). Os ingressos estarão a venda no site do Disk Ingressos.

   Infelizmente o show deles na Pedreira Paulo Leminski não pode ser realizada por motivos de forças maiores .

Foi anunciado hoje a tarde , que o Aerosmith realmente está confirmado para vir para Curitiba . 
Ainda não se sabe o local ao certo , mas os preços dos ingressos podem váriar de 200 reais até 850...
 E não é só isso a banda de abertura será o whitesnake ...
