Tarja Turunen lança álbum ao vivo gravado na Argentina.

Em 27 de agosto os fãs de Tarja Turunen ex-vocalista do, Nightwish, poderão curtir o primeiro álbum ao vivo da carreira da cantora como artista solo. O álbum, batizado como “Act I”, será lançado em CD, DVD e Blu-Ray, e trará o registro de duas apresentações realizadas nos dias 30 e 31 de março passado, no palco do Teatro El Círculo, na cidade de Rosario, na Argentina.
Nesses dois shows que serviram de material para o álbum, Tarja apresentou repertório bem diferenciados, com apenas cinco músicas sendo repetidas nas duas noites, entre elas “Nemo”, “Over the Hills and Far Away” e “The Phantom of the Opera”.


Tarja Turunen releases live album recorded in Argentina.  On August 27, fans of former singer Tarja Turunen of Nightwish, can enjoy the first live album of the singer's career as a solo artist. The album, dubbed "Act I" will be released on CD, DVD and Blu-Ray, and bring the record of two presentations given on days 30 and 31 March, on the stage of El Teatro Circle in the city of Rosario, Argentina.  In these two concerts that served as material for the album, Tarja repertoire presented well differentiated, with only five songs being repeated in two nights, including "Nemo," "Over the Hills and Far Away" and "The Phantom of the Opera."

Após se apresentar no Brasil em abril de 2011 com casas lotadas e ingressos esgotados, Slash ex-guitarrista dos Guns n´Roses volta ao país para mais uma serie de 5 shows confirmados nas principais capitais do país.
O músico vem ao Brasil para divulgar seu último álbum, Apocalyptic Love, que foi gravado por Slash e sua incrível banda formada pelo potente vocal de Myles Kennedy, o baixista, Todd Kerns, e o baterista, Brent Fitz.
Os shows acontecem de 2 a 9 de novembro em Manaus, Brasília, São Paulo, Curitiba, e Porto Alegre. Informações sobre ingressos ainda não foram divulgadas.


After performing in Brazil in April 2011 to packed houses and sold-out, former guitarist Slash of Guns'n'Roses back to the country for more than a series of five concerts confirmed in the main capitals of the country.  The musician came to Brazil to promote his latest album, Apocalyptic Love, which was recorded by Slash and his incredible band formed by the powerful vocals of Myles Kennedy, bassist Todd Kerns, and drummer Brent Fitz.  The concerts take place 2-9 November in Manaus, Brasilia, Sao Paulo, Curitiba and Porto Alegre. Information on tickets have not yet been disclosed.

Não é de hoje que sabemos que o metal finlandes , vêm se mostrando firme e forte . Hoje falaremos de mais uma grande banda de lá .
Teräsbetoni foi apresentado em 2005 e vendeu mais de 32,000 copias. Teräsbetoni é fortemente influenciado por bandas como Manowar. Os temas freqüentes na letras da banda são: Metal, Glória, Poder, Justiça, Honra, Batalhas, mas de acordo com o depoimento dos próprios integrantes, trata-se apenas de uma sátira ao True Metal.
 
Jarkko Ahola, Arto Järvinen e Viljo Rantanen conheceram-se em 2002 e decidiram formar uma banda. Jari Kuokkanen juntou-se á banda como baterista em part time, só depois se tornou um membro oficial. Foi Rantanen que escolheu o nome Teräsbetoni para a banda.
Teräsbetoni fez a primeira canção em 2003. No Verão deste ano publicaram no seu website as músicas Teräksen varjo (A sombra do aço) e Maljanne nostakaa (Ergue o teu brinde).
A banda começou a tornar-se popular nos circuitos underground. Alguns fans reuniram cartões exigindo um contrato para a banda e enviaram-nos para diversas editoras.
Em 2003 Teräsbetoni deu o seu primeiro concerto e uma nova versão de Taivas lyö tulta foi adicionada á página da banda. Neste primeiro concerto a banda fez alguns covers de Ronnie James Dio e Manowar.
Nos finais de 2004 a banda assinou contrato com a Warner Music Finland e gravaram o single Taivas lyö tulta, que foi tornado público a 2 de Fevereiro de 2005 e, durante a primeira semana, esteve nos primeiros lugares dos tops finlandeses.
Em Janeiro de 2005 a banda começou as gravações do álbum Metallitotuus. Este álbum foi apresentado em Abril desse ano, tendo ficado em segundo lugar nos tops finlandeses durante 29 semanas.
Taivas lyö tulta foi escolhido como última canção da equipa de hóquei finlandesa no Karelian torneio.
Metallitotuus chegou a platina (ou seja, mais de 30,000 cópias vendidas) em 2005, sendo a terceira banda de heavy metal mais conhecida da Finlândia nesse ano.
Em Junho de 2006 foi apresentado o segundo álbum da banda, Vaadimme metallia (Nós exigimos Metal). Só no primeiro dia em que foi comercializado quase chegou a disco de ouro (15,000 álbuns vendidos).
Em 19 de Março de 2008 foi lançado na Finlândia o terceiro da banda, álbum Myrskyntuoja, que conta com o single, Missä Miehet Ratsastaa que representará a Finlândia no Eurovision.
A banda está interessada em atuar fora da Finlândia, já que só participou de um concerto internacional, no Wacken Open Air em 2005
A 1 de Março de 2008, a banda Teräsbetoni foi escolhida, com a música Missä Miehet Ratsastaa (Onde os homens cavalgam), para representar a Finlândia no Festival Eurovisão da Canção 2008. A primeira semifinal, na qual Teräsbetoni participou a 20 de Maio de 2008, tendo sido apurada para a final, obtendo o 8º lugar e 79 pontos. Na final não foi tão feliz, terminando em 22º lugar e apenas obteve 35 pontos.

Gostaria de dizer que este é um blog , criado para falar daquilo que mais gostamos que é o heavy metal ... Não estou fazendo nada disso para aparecer e para conseguir dinheiro até porque dinheiro não traz felicidade .

   Eu gosto de muitas bandas de metal ,mais pricipalmente de uma em questão , mas aqui não falarei só de uma banda ,mas sim de todas que tanto eu ,como todos vocês de alguma forma amam ...

Mayhem

Quando pensamos em Black Metal , muitas bandas começam a surgir na cabeça . Algumas nada interessantes e outras muito polêmicas ..
   Hoje eu falarei de uma dessas bandas .. Ela se Chamava Mayhem ...


O Mayhem foi  fundado no ano de 1984 em Oslo, Noruega. É considerada uma das melhores e mais importantes bandas de toda a história do black metal mundial. O nome Mayhem surgiu da faixa "Mayhem With Mercy", encontrada no álbum "Welcome to Hell" (1981), da banda inglesa Venom, considerada a primeira banda de black metal da história. A banda logo ganhou grande repercussão em todo o mundo devido a acontecimentos polêmicos no início dos anos 90, entre os quais o suicídio de Dead, o assassinato de Euronymous porVarg Vikernes e o incêndio de igrejas norueguesas. Suas letras tratam principalmente de morte, paganismo e satanismo.

O Mayhem passou por uma grande variedade de estilos dentro do Black Metal e é considerado por muitos como uma das melhores e um dos pilares do Black Metal norueguês. Em seus mais de 25 anos de história, a banda lançou quatro álbuns de estúdio, dois EP e quatro álbuns ao vivo.

   Inspirado por grupos como Venom, Slayer, Motörhead e Celtic Frost, o Mayhem foi fundado em 1984 pelo guitarrista Euronymous, o baixistaNecrobutcher e o baterista Manheim. Como um trio, a banda gravou a sua primeira demo, Pure Fucking Armageddon com Euronymous eNecrobutcher dividindo os vocais.

Em 1986 a banda se torna um quarteto com a entrada de Messiah nos vocais. A banda lançou a sua segunda demo, Deathreahearsal e logo após Messiah sai, dando lugar a Maniac. Com Maniac, o Mayhem gravou seu primeiro EP, Deathcrush, lançado pelo selo Posercorpse Music e contendo a participação de Messiah em duas músicas. Deathcrush teve uma prensagem inicial de apenas 1000 cópias, que se esgotaram rapidamente. O EP foi relançado em 1993 pelo novo selo de Euronymous, a Deathlike Silence Productions.

Em 1988, dois membros deixaram a banda, Maniac foi expulso por seu vício com drogas e repetidas tentativas de suicídio e o baterista Manheimque foi a procura de um emprego regular. Para substituí-los chegaram Kittil Kittilsen para os vocais e Torben Grue na bateria da banda Vomit, mas que rapidamente também deixaram seus postos.

   Depois de duas breves substituições, as posições de vocalista e baterista foram preenchidas por Dead e Hellhammer. Dead morava em Estocolmo e foi vocalista da banda Morbid, mas sabendo que o Mayhem procurava um novo vocalista, mudou-se para Oslo e enviou um envelope com uma fita cassete, um porquinho da índia em decomposição e uma carta que dizia estar buscando uma nova banda pois achava que o Morbid não chegaria a lugar algum. O envelope chamou a atenção dos membros da banda e ele foi prontamente aceito.

Com Dead como vocalista, os shows da banda se tornaram lendários. Dead costumava se cortar com facas e vidro quebrado . Além disso, muitas vezes a banda colocava cabeças de porcos e ovelhas empaladas em estacas na frente do palco.

   Em 1990 a banda participou de um concerto em Sarpsborg, Noruega, no festival Support for Slayer Magazine, junto com Equinox e Cadaver, e Dead teve que ser rapidamente hospitalizado pela perda excessiva de sangue por se cortar muito profundamente. Este concerto foi incluído mais tarde em Dawn of the Black Hearts. Ainda em 1990 os membros da banda se mudaram para uma velha casa na floresta, perto de Oslo. Eles começaram a escrever as canções para seu novo álbum, De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas.

   Em 8 de Abril de 1991, Dead cometeu suicídio na casa da banda. Ele foi encontrado por Euronymous com os pulsos cortados e um tiro de espingarda na cabeça. Em um bilhete deixado, ele pediu desculpas pelo sangue e por ter atirado dentro de casa. Em vez de chamar a polícia, Euronymous foi a uma loja próxima e comprou uma máquina para fotografar o cadáver depois de reorganizar algumas coisas. Uma dessas fotos foi posteriormente usada na capa do álbum Dawn of the Black Hearts. Surgiram rumores de que Euronymous fez um ensopado com pedaços do cérebro de Dead e colares com fragmentos do crânio. De acordo com Stian Johannsen, que brevemente entrou no lugar de Dead na banda:

Porém, tais atitudes não ficaram somente no plano intelectual: durante esse tempo várias igrejas foram queimadas na Noruega por membros do Inner Circle, inclusive algumas igrejas históricas, num total de cerca de 100 igrejas queimadas ou danificadas por membros do Inner Circle.    Com o suicídio de Dead e a saída de Necrobutcher, o Mayhem perdeu em pouco dois integrantes. Euronymous chamou Varg Vikernes para o baixo, Snorre W. Ruch como guitarrista e o húngaro Attila Csihar para os vocais para o início das gravações de De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas.

  Devido a má exposição na mídia e estar sendo vigiado pela polícia, Euronymous foi forçado a fechar a sua loja.

Grande parte do álbum foi gravado durante o primeiro semestre de 1993 no Grieg Hall em Bergen. Para coincidir com o lançamento do álbum, Euronymous e Varg Vikernes planejaram explodir a Catedral de Nidaros, que aparece na capa do álbum.

  Ainda em 1993, a banda lançou Live in Leipzig em homenagem a Dead e que é considerado um dos mais influentes álbuns de Black Metal..

  Em 10 de Agosto de 1993, Varg Vikernes assassinou o guitarrista Euronymous. Naquela noite, Varg Vikernes e Snorre W. Ruch viajaram de Bergen até o apartamento de Euronymous em Oslo. Na chegada, houve uma discussão e um confronto terminou com Varg Vikernes esfaqueando Euronymous. Seu corpo foi encontrado fora do apartamento com 23 facadas (duas na cabeça, cinco no pescoço e dezesseis nas costas). No julgamento, Varg Vikernes disse que Euronymous tinha planejado torturá-lo até a morte e gravar um vídeo como um filme snuff. Varg Vikernes ainda se defendeu dizendo que a maioria dos ferimentos foram causadas por cacos de vidro que caíram no chão. Varg Vikernes relata o confronto entre ele e Euronymous no filme "Until the Light Takes Us".

  Varg Vikernes foi condenado a 21 anos de prisão por homicídio e incêndio criminoso e Snorre W. Ruch foi condenado por cumplicidade no assassinato. Attila Csihar retornou a Hungria para terminar o curso de engenharia, deixando apenas Hellhammer na banda.

Em Maio de 1994, De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas foi lançado e formalmente dedicado a Euronymous. Seu lançamento foi adiado devido a queixas por parte dos pais de Euronymous, que se opuseram a presença das linhas de baixo gravadas por Varg Vikernes. De acordo com Varg Vikernes, Hellhammer assegurou aos pais de Euronymous que ele mesmo iria regravar os baixos. Aparentemente Hellhammer não fez isso, então o álbum contém os baixos originais de Varg Vikernes.

Em 1995, Hellhammer decidiu reformular a banda com a ajuda do guitarrista Blasphemer e dois antigos membros do Mayhem, Maniac e Necrobutcher. O primeiro lançamento com essa formação foi um EP de 1997, Wolf's Lair Abyss, que foi seguido por uma série de shows na Europa. Um desses shows ocorreu em Milão, na Itália, com participação de Attila Csihar e que foi gravado para o álbum ao vivo Mediolanum Capta Est.

Nesta nova fase, as declarações racistas feitas por Hellhammer (que se pronunciou contra mistura de raças e estrangeiros na Noruega) e o uso de imagens nazistas como a suástica na sala de ensaios, o emblema da Totenkopf e materiais da banda com o símbolo do Nasjonal Samling, causaram polêmica e acusações de neo-nazismo.

Em 2000, a banda lançou seu segundo álbum de estúdio, Grand Declaration of War. Fortemente influenciado por Metal Progressivo e Avant-garde Metal, o álbum é conceitual, abordando temas de guerra e destruição pós-apocalíptica. Maniac abandonou o vocal rasgado do Black Metal por um vocal mais falado e dramático. As reações com o álbum foram distintas, alguns o criticaram por seu avant-garde e elementos eletrônicos, que eles viam como pretensiosos e para os vocais de Maniac, que consideravam inferiores aos de Dead e de Attila Csihar. Outros viram como uma tentativa para recriar e redefinir o Black Metal, com o crítico Brian Russ do BNR Metal indo mais longe ao chamá-lo de a primeira coisa realmente coesa que a banda já fez e um ponto culminante para a sua carreira.

Em Maio de 2003, o Mayhem apareceu novamente nas manchetes de jornais quando um fã, Per Kristian Hagen, foi levado ao hospital com uma fratura no crânio após ser atingido por uma cabeça de carneiro que tinha sido atirada para o público. As acusações foram arquivadas, mas a banda considerou o evento sendo inteiramente acidental.

Em 2004, a banda lança Chimera. O álbum mostra um retorno ao estilo mais brutal, mas com uma produção consideravelmente melhor que nos lançamentos anteriores. Também em 2004,Maniac foi expulso, segundo Necrobutcher, por causa do alcoolismo. Necrobutcher ainda afirmou que por causa disso, uma briga violenta ocorreu entre o cantor e Blasphemer. Durante a briga, o guitarrista chutou Maniac para baixo de uma escada que bateu com a cabeça em uma parede. Para o seu lugar, Attila Csihar foi novamente chamado.

O quarto álbum de estúdio da banda, intitulado Ordo Ad Chao, foi lançado em 2007. O álbum contém um som mais cru comparado aos trabalhos mais recentes da banda. Ele segue o estilo experimental, com músicas mais longas como Elimine Iluminar, que dura 9:40. Ele recebeu críticas positivas e é o álbum de maior sucesso até o momento da banda, alcançado a 12 posição nas paradas norueguesas.

Attila Csihar disse sobre o álbum:

Queríamos por de lado a religião e letras satanistas e nos colocar em temas filosóficos, a conexão da vida com a natureza, os manuscritos de civilizações antigas que de alguma forma explicam o começo desse mundo de merda. Nós queríamos ter uma conexão real entre as letras e as músicas para criar uma obra realmente estranha e difícil de escutar sem ficar totalmente nesses terrenos acidentados da mente. penso que este álbum tem muitas coisas "novas" e tem sido um verdadeiro desafio para participar.

Planos para uma turnê foram anunciadas no site da banda após a saída de Blasphemer e antes de qualquer palavra sobre novos membros. Em Outubro de 2008, foi anunciado que Morpheus (Dimension F3H/Limbonic Art) juntou forças com a banda para a turnê na América do Sul.

A banda excursionou entre 2008 e 2009 com essa formação, antes de anunciar as datas de verão com o músico francês Silmaeth como segundo guitarrista. Morfeus e Silmaeth são considerados músicos convidados e não foram efetivados na formação da banda.

Em Fevereiro de 2011, Silmaeth deixou a banda e seu lugar foi ocupado por Teloch, que ja tocou com o Gorgoroth e Ov Hell..

   On April 8, 1991, Dead committed suicide in the house band. He was found by Euronymous with wrists slashed and a shotgun wound to the head. In a note left, he apologized for blood and for shooting indoors. Instead of calling the police, Euronymous went to a nearby store and bought a machine to photograph the corpse after rearrange some things. One of these photos was later used on the cover of the album Dawn of the Black Hearts. Rumors surfaced that Euronymous made a stew with pieces of Dead's brain and necklaces with skull fragments. According to Stian Johannsen, who briefly joined the band in place of Dead:He (Dead) did not see himself as a human being, he saw himself as a creature from another world. He said he had many visions that his blood was frozen in his veins, he was dead. This is the reason for its name. He knew he would dieBesides the death of Dead, Mayhem was the protagonist of some controversial pages of the history of Black Metal, and Rock in general. First, the band Mayhem was the most important of the Inner Circle, an anti-Christian movement formed by members of various black metal bands in Norway in order to disseminate and propagate hatred and distaste for the Christian religions, even in an attempt to eliminate the Christian religions Norway.However, such attitudes were not only on an intellectual level: during this time many churches were burned in Norway for Inner Circle members, including some historic churches, a total of about 100 churches burned or damaged by members of the Inner Circle.
   With the suicide of Dead and output Necrobutcher, Mayhem lost in just two members.Euronymous called Varg Vikernes for the low, Snorre W. Ruch as a guitarist and Hungarian Attila Csihar for the vocals to the top of the recording of De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas.
  Due to poor exposure in the media and being watched by police, Euronymous was forced to close his shop.Much of the album was recorded during the first half of 1993 the Grieg Hall in Bergen.To coincide with the release of the album, Varg Vikernes and Euronymous planned to blow up Nidaros Cathedral, which appears on the album cover.

  On August 10, 1993, Varg Vikernes murdered guitarist Euronymous. That night, Varg Vikernes and Snorre W. Ruch traveled from Bergen to Euronymous's apartment in Oslo.On arrival there was a discussion and a confrontation ended with Varg Vikernes stabbed Euronymous. His body was found outside the apartment stabbed 23 times (two in the head, five and sixteen in the neck in the back). At trial, Varg Vikernes said that Euronymous had planned to torture him to death, and video recording as a snuff film.Varg Vikernes has defended himself by saying that most of the injuries were caused by shards of glass fell to the ground. Varg Vikernes describes the confrontation between him and Euronymous in the film "Until the Light Takes Us".
  Varg Vikernes was sentenced to 21 years in prison for murder and arson and Snorre W. Ruch was convicted of complicity in the murder. Attila Csihar returned to Hungary to finish the engineering degree, leaving only the band Hellhammer.In May 1994, De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas was released and formally dedicated to Euronymous. Its launch was delayed due to complaints by parents of Euronymous, who opposed the presence of the bass lines recorded by Varg Vikernes. According to Varg Vikernes, Hellhammer Euronymous assured parents that he would re-record low.Apparently Hellhammer did not, then the album contains the original low Varg Vikernes.In 1995, Hellhammer decided to reformulate the band with the help of guitarist Blasphemer and two former members of Mayhem, Maniac and Necrobutcher. The first release with this lineup was a 1997 EP, Wolf's Lair Abyss, which was followed by a series of concerts in Europe. One of these shows took place in Milan, Italy, featuring Attila Csihar and that was recorded for live album captures Mediolanum EstIn this new phase, racist statements made by Hellhammer (who spoke out against race-mixing and foreigners in Norway) and the use of images as the Nazi swastika in the rehearsal room, the emblem of the Totenkopf and material of the band with the Samling symbol Nasjonal caused controversy and accusations of neo-Nazism.In 2000, the band released their second studio album, Grand Declaration of War Heavily influenced by Progressive Metal and Avant-garde Metal, the album is conceptual, addressing issues of war and post-apocalyptic destruction. Maniac left the vocal Torn Black Metal mostly spoken by a vocal and dramatic. The reactions were different with the album, some criticized him for his avant-garde and electronic elements, which they saw as pretentious and for Maniac's vocals, which they considered inferior to the Dead and Attila Csihar. Others saw it as an attempt to recreate and redefine black metal, with critic Brian Russ of BNR Metal going so far as to call it the first thing that really united the band has done, and a climax to his career.In May 2003, Mayhem appeared again in the headlines when a fan, Per Kristian Hagen, was taken to hospital with a fractured skull after being hit by a ram's head that had been thrown to the public. The charges were filed, but the band felt the event was entirely accidental.In 2004, the band released Chimera. The album shows a return to more brutal style, but with a considerably better production than previous releases. Also in 2004, Maniac was expelled, according Necrobutcher because of alcoholism. Necrobutcher further stated that because of this, a violent quarrel occurred between the singer and Blasphemer.During the fight, the guitarist kicked Maniac down a ladder hit his head on a wall. In its place, Attila Csihar was called.The fourth album by the band, titled Ordo Ad Chao was released in 2007. The album contains a rawer sound compared to the band's latest work. It follows the experimental style, with longer songs and Eliminate Lighting, lasting 9:40. He received positive reviews and is the most successful album to date the band, reached 12 on the charts in Norway.Attila Csihar said about the album:We wanted to put aside religion and Satanist lyrics and put on philosophical issues, the connection of life with nature, the writings of ancient civilizations that somehow explain the beginning of this world of shit. We wanted to have a real connection between the lyrics and music to create a work really strange and hard to listen without getting out in such rough terrain of the mind. I think this album has many things "new" and has been a real challenge to participate.Plans were announced for a tour on the site of the band after the departure of Blasphemer and before any word on new members. In October 2008 it was announced that Morpheus (Dimension F3H/Limbonic Art) joined forces with the band on tour in South AmericaThe band toured between 2008 and 2009 with this lineup, before announcing the dates of summer with the French musician Silmaeth as second guitarist. Morpheus and Silmaeth are considered guests and musicians were not effected in the band.In February 2011, Silmaeth left the band and his place was taken by Teloch, who already played with GORGOROTH and Ov Hell ..
