Olá para todos os
metalheads do mundo.
Todos nós sabemos que quando temos um sonho devemos persistir
nele para que o mesmo torne-se realidade.
Por exemplo, quando temos o sonho de ter uma banda de metal
o que passa em nossas mentes?
Ser reconhecido, que as letras e melodias sejam marcantes a
ponto de tocar a coração das pessoas, fazer sucesso, enfim desejamos que muita
coisa boa aconteça com a banda.
No entanto , quando a banda possui tudo isso de uma forma
muito rápida as vezes o sucesso faz eles mudarem totalmente seus pensamentos e
maneiras de agir.
Ficando longe da família , longe dos amigos , tendo pouco
tempo para dormir , para comer , tendo relacionamentos extra conjugais com
várias pessoas e não cuidando direito da saúde começam a surgir muitos
problemas.
Para suprir a falta de tudo isso , muitas vezes os membros
das bandas começam a brigar entre si , a abusar de remédios , de drogas , fazer
festas com várias mulheres e a consumir muita bebida alcoólica misturadas com
energéticos.
O problema de tudo isso é que com o tempo surge o vicio e
com elas vários problemas de saúde.
Na década de 70 , 80 e o começo de 90 muitas bandas que fizeram
sucesso muito rápido e não conseguindo lidar com a fama de uma forma correta
começaram a abusar de substancias ilícitas para levar a vida um pouco mais
adoidado.
Bandas como Metallica, Megadeath , Black Sabbath , Motley Crue
, Nirvana , Guns n Roses , Alice Cooper , Motorhead , Mayhem , Cris Cornell ,
Elvis , Queen , Red Hot Chili Pepers e
várias outras usaram e abusaram das drogas e bebidas alcoólicas durante suas
épocas mais apoteóticas para poderem se livrar da solidão que sentiam ao
estarem em turnê.
Muitos membros de bandas diziam não se lembrar do que
fizeram na turnê , as letras que escreveram e as brigas que tiveram. Pois
diziam estar completamente drogados.
Destas formas durante muito tempo muitas bandas levaram a
vida desta forma , mas aqueles que não conseguiram, acabaram tendo sérios
problemas de saúde.
Problemas como insônia , depressão , Stress, bipolaridade a
ponto de ou estar afim de brigar com todo mundo ou afim de chorar escondido.
E infelizmente por conta de depressão , stress , abusos excessivos
de certas substancias alguns destes artistas acabaram se matando.
Cris Cornell – Tinha depressão e insônia . Talvez a causa da
morte dele tenha sido acidental , pois o mesmo tinha ingerido muito remédio
para insônia e depressão que misturados podem ter contribuído para seu suicídio.
Kurt Cobain – Sofria de depressão, ulceras e gastrite muito
fortes a ponto de achar que usando drogas poderia aliviar suas dores e
problemas. Infelizmente se matou
aos 27 anos. Embora eu ache a morte dele muito suspeita, pois o mesmo tinha
ingerido uma quantidade tão grande de drogas que talvez ele não tivesse tido
força suficiente para levantar uma arma.
Dead – Mayhem – Sofria da doença de Cotard e depressão . A síndrome
de Cotard é aquela doença em que a pessoa se olha no espelho ou em seu corpo e
se vê morta e sem o tratamento certo acabam se matando.
Infelizmente ele foi um grande garoto que tinha todo o
sucesso pela frente que acabou se matando por conta da doença.
Ozzy Osbourne – Não morreu mas usou e abusou de bebidas e
drogas durante uma boa parte de sua vida. Hoje em dia ele diz não fazer uso das
mesmas. No entanto seu corpo e seu jeito de falar foram um pouco danificados.
Jukka (Nightwish) – Possui insônia e depressão . O mesmo
está afastado da banda para poder cuidar de saúde física e mental , pois os
membros da banda tinham ficado preocupados com seu jeito de agir.
Recentemente a banda de metal alemã Rammstein disse que uma
vez por semana eles vão se consultar com um psicólogo. Eles dizem que um ser
humano sozinho não consegue pensar direito nas coisas e por conta disso acabam
fazendo coisas que não deveriam fazer.
Eles dizem que ir ao psicólogo é a forma que eles tem para
se reencontrar mentalmente.
Não estou aqui para julgar nenhum deles ,
mas as vezes eu penso será que se tivesse um psicólogo junto com eles , para
tratar de seus problemas e ansiedades. Todos eles não poderiam ter tido uma
vida muito melhor?
E então o que vocês acham? Um psicólogo para acompanhar uma
banda em uma turnê , não seria algo útil?

We all know that when we have a dream we must persist in it so that it becomes a reality.
For example, when we have the dream of having a metal band what goes on in our minds?
To be recognized, that the lyrics and melodies are striking to the point of touching the hearts of the people, to make success, at last we wish that much good happens with the band.
However, when the band possesses all of this very quickly sometimes success makes them totally change their thoughts and ways of acting.
Being away from family, away from friends, having little time to sleep, eating, having extra marital relationships with several people and not taking care of health right start to arise many problems.
To make up for the lack of it all, band members often start quarreling, drug abuse, partying with several women, and drinking lots of alcohol mixed with energy.
The problem with all this is that with time there arises vice and with them various health problems.
In the 70's, 80's and early 90's many bands that made it very fast and failing to deal with fame in a correct way began to abuse illicit substances to make life a little more adoidado.
Bands such as Metallica, Megadeath, Black Sabbath, Motley Crue, Nirvana, Guns n Roses, Alice Cooper, Motorhead, Mayhem, Cris Cornell, Elvis, Queen, Red Hot Chili Pepers and many others have used and abused drugs and alcoholic beverages during their times More apotheosis to be able to get rid of the solitude that they felt when they were in tour.
Many band members said they did not remember what they did on the tour, the lyrics they wrote and the fights they had. Because they said they were completely stoned.
Of these forms for a long time many bands took life this way, but those that did not, ended up having serious health problems.

Cris Cornell - He had depression and insomnia. Perhaps the cause of his death was accidental, for he had ingested much remedy for insomnia and depression that mixed up may have contributed to his suicide.
Kurt Cobain - Suffered from depression, ulcers and gastritis very strong to the point of thinking that using drugs could alleviate their pains and problems. Unfortunately he killed himself at age 27. Although I think his death was very suspicious, since he had ingested such a large amount of drugs that he might not have had enough strength to raise a weapon.
Dead - Mayhem - Suffered from Cotard's disease and depression. Cotard syndrome is that disease in which the person looks in the mirror or in his body and if he is dead and without the right treatment they end up killing themselves.
Unfortunately he was a great kid who had all the success ahead who ended up killing himself because of the disease.
Ozzy Osbourne - He did not die but used and abused drinks and drugs for a good part of his life. Nowadays he says not to use them. However his body and his manner of speaking were somewhat damaged.
Jukka (Nightwish) - Has insomnia and depression. The same is away from the band to be able to take care of physical and mental health, since the members of the band had been worried about his way of acting.
Recently the German metal band Rammstein said that once a week they will consult with a psychologist. They say that a human being alone can not think straight about things and because of this they end up doing things they should not do.
They say that going to the psychologist is the way they have to find themselves mentally.
I am not here to judge any of them, but sometimes I think it would be if I had a psychologist along with them, to address their problems and anxieties. Could not they all have had a much better life?
So what do you guys think? A psychologist to accompany a band on a tour, would not it be useful?
