Horna

 Horna (anteriormente conhecido como sombreado) é uma banda de black metal finlandês que se formou em 1993. A banda já apareceu em mais de trinta lançamentos, incluindo cisões, demos, EPs e álbuns desde 1995, que foram divulgados através de inúmeras gravadoras.

Horna formado no final de 1993 sob o nome sombreado, formada pelo vocalista e guitarrista Shatraug e guitarrista Moredhel. O nome foi mudado para Horna quando Gorthaur baterista se juntou à banda em 1994. Horna não começar a gravar até o início de 1995. In 2008 Horna embarked on an American tour. They played their first American show on Halloween 2008 at "The Black Castle" courtesy of underground promoter Chris "Hate War" Wood

The name "Horna" is Finnish for "abyss" or "hell". It was chosen because, to Shatraug, it sounded harsh and powerful.

Mas um grande festival de Black metal está surgindo é o Extreme Hate Festival .

A Dark Dimensions, produtora responsável pela vinda de diversos artistas importantes como Sebastian Bach, Rob Halford, Skid Row, Apocalyptica ao Brasil, recentemente confirmou que irá realizar a terceira edição do Extreme  Hate Festival. O evento acontece no próximo dia 4 de agosto, no Carioca Club, em São Paulo.

O cast é um verdadeiro dream team da música extrema mundial: Marduk (SUE), Suffocation (EUA), Vader (POL), Sinister (HOL) e os brasileiros do Unearthly.

Os ingressos já estão à venda na Galeria do Rock (lojas Hellion e Lady Snake) e pela internet, no site www.ingressosparashows.com.br. A entrada custa R$ 100,00 (pista promocional/estudante) e R$ 150,00 (camarote promocional/estudante).
